Some notes from Blizzard dealing with upgrading gear via Valor Points in 5.2:

  • The Valor Upgrade NPC will be removed.
  • Upgraded gear will not lose its upgrades. Upgrading will likely return after 5.2, but we'll evaluate all the feedback and see.
