The High Council of STC consists of 9 seats and with Q stepping down as GP and taking an adviser role, as well as my being voted in as his replacement, has left two of these seats vacant.
One seat has recently been filled. By the vote of the High Council, please help me congratulate Lord Qordin on his re-joining of the High Council!
