The Role of the Saint Advisor
The Fellowship is always seeking mature gamers who share our vision for fun and honorable gaming to be able to join with us. In order to facilitate that, we have set up a team of members dedicated to helping our new members. Those members are called Saint Advisors.
Saint Advisor Code of Conduct
It is extremely important that Saint Advisors, like other officers, lead by example. Saint Advisors are expected to keep the following code of conduct, which is applicable to all saints, in mind at all times.
1) Do not argue or insult anyone in guild chat.
2) Effort should be made to attend guild meetings.
3) If you do not agree with a decision that an officer or raid leader has made, please discuss the issue with them privately or in officer chat, not in guild, raid, or party chat.
4) Do not use foul language in guild or raid chat.
The Saint Advisor's Duties to the Novices:
1. To adventure with them as often as possible.
2. To encourage them to interact with other Saints, so that the Novice can get to know the members and be known by them.
3. To help them understand the ways of STC. Examples such as:
Send them to our site for education on our history, our laws, and our values.
4. Help them learn about our views that as Saints of the True Covenant our duties are loyalty, honor and service. We are humble and true. We do not use foul language; we listen to our superiors. While our ultimate goal is fun, we understand that we can only have fun if we succeed, and success is only achieved through mutual regard.
5. Help them learn the right way for Saints to resolve any disputes that may come up.
6. To help the Novice see where to go to learn to succeed as an individual in their game of choice. Whether that is learning a trade for coin/credits, what quests to run, or how to combat PKers; you must be able to help yourself before you can help others.
