Welcome to the September WOW meeting. We are in the part of the expansion where there isn't as much new content and people are looking forward to the news on the next expansion. With Blizzcon in a couple of months and no new of content patches, we are settling in to try and finish old quests, attain flying, and hopefully complete the Hellfire Citadel raid. There's the updates to the Timewalking Dungeons as well as other improvements from the latest patch. It's a good time to work on an Alt or catch up those pesky achievements you haven't gotten yet.

With this time period, it is as usual a good time to recruit. Some players have stepped away and guilds are not as busy as they were a couple of months ago. If you have any friends who are looking for a guild or know of any guilds who may be shutting their doors, let me know. STC does not poach players from another guild, but if someone asks, we are open with our intent to build up our family. It's always important to build up so that we have more players on to do more activities as well as to fill out the raid team.

Raiding:
We are currently working on Killrogg on Normal HFC. He's been a bit of a problem for us as the DPS/HPS requirements have really ramped up. This can be frustrating so when we didn't quite have the group to go, we went back to Blackrock on Heroic level. It was still a tough fight despite the fact that many of us had outgeared. I need to note to all raiders that we are not so proficient to not pay attention to mechanics. While we are more highly geared, we still need to pay attention to the mechanics.
Again, it seems that Sunday night raids may be a problem for attendance. We may need to circle back and see if another night would work. With a diverse group as ours, it has been tough finding another night during the week which works well. We could try Monday nights, although, it seemed that Thursday nights were the best based on responses.
Item level requirement is above 670. By now, our toons should be sufficiently geared. It's time to buckle down and learn mechanics and how to play our toons to the best of our ability.
I have continued to post the logs for raids to evaluate. Please take a look and compare to those of similar class and spec to try and improve yourself.
