His name is Pepe, and he can be found inside (and in a few cases around) your garrison. Just look up in the trees and you'll find him. He will sit on your head for one hour. (Also something interesting, he responds to the Panflute of Pandaria. You can have him sit on your head and follow you around at the same time!)
