Novice moment

From the time I joined the guild I have always been recieved with nothing but support and the feeling of well being. Its fantastic.

But I'd have to say the my novice moment is probably something that is very mundane to most players. But for me it's got to be my first guild raid. In my RL i normally dont have time to raid. Playing from NZ, im normally at work or have other RL things to take care of.
However one day i found myself in a possition to be online and a raid was forming; just like that i was in. No, "Have you raided before (well yes I had, I think kara once ), or "maybe you should gear up", "Do you know the fights?".
Nothing like that happened. It was super. Just get down to business and raid. Super.
