If anyone is playing this need to know if you've ever tried to change your password...tried logging in the other day was told Unknown username or password....as this seems to have happened shortly after my little WOW incident....it's now been 2 weeks since their website said it was sending me the link to continue the reset procedure...I even emailed the support email but still no response...and to top it all off they just billed me..so the account apparently isn't banned...but I can't even cancle the game without getting into the account management and without password can't do that...
any help would be appreciated...
