Revenge is Bitter-Sweet (fill in the story)

Fog made the morning ground damp and heavy air added to the burden of packing camp within sight of the Abby at Northshire. Breakfast would be minimal, more spice bread, but hearty enough to see the group well beyond the sun's peak unless bandits reappeared before then. Qbacca had a mission to find a fabled creature somewhere to the south and to the west. Hogger, his friend Fradikins had called him. A creature surrounded by a minion of evil gnolls separating farmers from their much needed river water supply.

With camp broken, the group set out on foot along the western edge of a small riverbank. Reports from the local marshal stationed in the Abby beckoned warning of gangs of men and women who had joined forces with what he called the Defias Brotherhood. Though both Qbacca and Fradikins were trained warriors, the marshal's heed was taken seriously.

Fradikins looked back at the group and sighed. How many would not make the trip home?
