Thanks Bob for organising Chicago event.
Lovely to meet everyone.
Brent where were you? I think we may have lowered the standards considerably if we teamed up : )
Highlights for me were meeting you all, and the cheesecake factory : ).
Had a very physical couple of weeks in Hawaii - visited the movie set with the Black Pearl and my friends daughter got a picky with Mr Depp - nice bloke he is - only one to come out and chat to the kids.
Enormous volumes of beer and saki seem to suit me as does a new interest in surf board paddling - quite tricky doing it standing up [but lets not go there : )].
After photo uploaded - before photos on STC get together.
I am pleased not to have taken my laptop and blackberry with me on this vacation - It seems that the office has been trying to contact me daily : ). A few staff have resigned and not been replaced - sorting out their projects will be a priority for a couple of months so will be out of game while I fix things
With crap hitting fans at the office, it was doubly good to meet you all and have a thorough chill.

It was great to meet you and we look forward to the next time. I am glad to hear that this was a real vacation (no way for work to contact you). It is hard to leave everything behind, but I think we all need to. Great to hear that you enjoyed yourself.

Tony, If I could of been there, somewhere around the 45th pint of beer, I would of bought a ticket to Hawaii with ya.

we had a blast!! it was great to have an adventure in another city, and to meet the folks i spend so many hours with.
you all are much more normal than i thought :P
