The night started out as a very frustrating night. We had multiple wipes on Blackhorn and Spine of DW for a few reasons, but most of all, the fights took, time, experience, a solid group makeup and heroism to complete. We had none of the above and all the odds against us.

You are probably asking yourself,"how did they do it?"
To answer your question, we did it as a TEAM.

With a great leader who did not bend under pressure, we put aside grievances and doubt from the wipes before, we held on, adjusted from our mistakes, and got it done.

It did NOT matter that it would be an early night with a short timeframe.
We used our time wisely.

It did NOT matter that we had problems with mana and tanking.
We had raid-saving calls and play from every raider.

It did NOT matter that we were below the DPS requirement with no HERO.
We pushed ourselves beyond our skill and gear limitations to down Blackhorn and Tendons.

It did NOT matter that time and fuses were running short.
We remained calm and trusted in other saints to do there jobs and watch our backs.

The seventh boss of the Dragon Soul raid has been killed - the Spine of Deathwing. What makes this kill a little surprising was the fact that we did not have a Toon that could provide a heroism buff.

The team consisted of
Tanks - Jeptha, Keldor
DPS - Stonestriker, Delphinae, Glibmute, Penelopérose, Lachdanon
Healers - Neoblast, Gerhart, Tyrraell

The challenge was getting to the Spine as the Blackhorn fight was much tougher without the heroism. I want to thank all of the team as well as all of the raiders of STC who continue to push forward in the Dragon Soul raid. With all of our hard work through LFR's and 10-man raids, we are getting stronger as a team. Our weekly Dragon Soul 10-man raids have progressed to five boss kills in one night. This is a great achievement for all!!
