i plan to upgrade my gaming computer after the christmas holidays

i actually have an intel quad core Q9450 4 gb ram
two nvidea 8800GT in sli (i know wow doesnt make use of sli)
a thermaltake 800 watt power supply
all of that in an antec 900 series full tower case

i plan to change motherboard, cpu ,videocard, and i want 16gb fast memory

have a budget of 600-700$

i am a litle partial to intel and nvidea but could also considere other option

so stc i challenge you who can come up with the best package please post price and locattion or link ty very much
