Wow Chapter Meeting Minutes for 6/22/2011

A special meeting was called to announce the plans for appointing a new Lord Preceptor to the WoW Chapter of STC. THe plans include a new phase for this specific appointment and will include input from the chapter membership.

1. Lord Gerhart called the meeting to order, and thanked everyone for coming.

2. Lord Gerhart made mention of the reason for the selecting of the new LP and that Lord Qordin had stepped down. He thanked Lord Qordin for his service in absentia for everyone from the chapter.

3. Lord Gerhart explained the system which will be used for this selection process from the membership and how that process would relate to the appointment of the new LP from the High Council.

4. The membership was told how to participate in the process and was referred to the following post:

5. Lord Gerhart called the meeting to a close and those who wished to rode the march through Stormwind.
