Light is correct, despite the level of control and flexibility we have over our website and members, we do not have direct access or control to their player accounts. Tony will need to utilize Guildaunch itself to recover his password, just as Light had said.

I don't believe site admin can view anyone's password. There is a recover password function, if he has access to the email address he registered with; if not, he can create another GuildLaunch account which would be approved in short order. Happy

Is Tony's (Hot's) login or password to the web site locked out? He said he tried to log in and was not able to get in. Can someone check this out please.
