III. Guild News

i. Fradrok has stepped down as Senior Chancellor and Lightmyfire accepted the position.
ii. Qordin has accepted the position of Senior Battle Chancellor
iii. Both were thanked for their service and congratulated.
iv. The position of Master Craftsman, currently held by Lagerales, has been raised to a senior officer position.
v. Tsuki has been raised to the Officer postion of Event Coordinator.

b. The SBC IRL Guild Meeting was discussed. It has been set for Penny & Gerhart’s “Barn” near Boston, Mass. Further details are available at: http://sanctuscovenir.guildlaunch.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5967081&gid=142626

c. Cataclysm is coming!!!!
i. Once again we will be leveling our toons, this time to 85.
ii. Guildies are encouraged to group together for 5-man instances, questing and raiding, as the guild will get credit for cleared content, and the individual toons will gain guild’s rep. For more info see: http://sanctuscovenir.guildlaunch.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5964044&gid=142626
iii. Guild rep will earn us things like vanity pets, mounts and XP perks.

d. High Council Changes
i. 2 seats have become vacant of late.
ii. Qordin was asked to join the HC and once again joined their ranks.
iii. The final position will be filled upon the establishment of an STC chapter in Star Wars: The Knights of the Old Republic until then, there will be a temporary member to be determined.
iv. The High Council is exploring other guild issues which will be identified and a course of action set once it is set at the HC level.

e. The guild bank is being cleaned out for Cataclysm, for the new mats that will become available in the expansion. If there is anything anyone needs/wants from the guild bank, please contact an officer for assistance. There is also a drive to collect mats which will help with guild leveling during cataclysm. IV. Guild Events

a. Secret Santa- sign ups are completed.
i. Every participant should have gotten an in-game letter today from STC Santa notifying you of your giftee.
