o Glibmute was given the Valor Award for continued dedication to raiding team by bringing whatever toon is needed to the raids.
o Jeptha was given the Sacrifice Award for his contributions of fish and flasks to the guild and his efforts to assist his fellow guild members to get into heroics.
o Keldor (absent) was given the Valor Award for continued dedication to the raiding team by bringing whatever toon is needed for raids and for stepping out of raids to give his fellow Saints the opportunity to raid.
o Messychick (absent) was given the Sacrifice Award for her assistance in planning and running guild events and for the movies she has made which feature STC.

Rift Awards
o Lavida was given the Duty Award for stepping up as a Saint Advisor when the Rift Chapter was in desperate need of SAs.
o Droktavius was given the Order of the Covenant Award for his work as the Rift Senior Battle Chancellor, particularly assisting in the coordination of alliance runs, making sure everyone feels included and welcome in STC, ensuring that the needs of his fellow guild members are met, organizing events, and completing necessary research to make events run smoothly.

Raiding: (presented by Lord Gerhart of WoW & Lord Droktavius of Rift)

WoW
• The WoW Chapter is on the last boss of the current tier; despite the nerf he is still very difficult.
• A second firelands group has been started in order to include more people.
• Talk to Gerhart or another BC if you need raiding invites.
• The WoW LP would like to limit raiding to four nights a week.
• STC is in the top 50 raiding guilds on Lothar for 10 man raids.

Rift
• The Rift Chapter has just started raiding.
• Three of four bossesed downed in the Drowned Halls. Within the next two to three weeks Drowned Halls should be completed and hopefully on farm.
• The Rift Chapter has downed their first boss in Green Scale Blight (20 man raid) this week.
• Lord Droktavius is looking for more people to join the raids.
• Lord Droktavius is looking for assistance running raids (non-progression).

ToR Update: (presented by Lord Jakoi of ToR)

• Star Wars The Old Republic is currently set to launch on Dec. 20th.
• The Senior Officer Team Will Consist of the Following: Lord Jakoi as LP; Lord Hybus as Sith Chancellor (Senior Chancellor); Lord Rarur as Lord of Academy (Lord of Saints); Lord Jethaya as Master of the Academy (Master of Saints); Lord Draktavius as Lord of Battle (Senior Battle Chancellor); and Lord Kwallen as Lord of War (PVP position)
• The initial focus of the officer team will be recruiting.
• Two alliances have already been coordinated and should be active upon launch. One is with Clan Moor.
• Please visit the ToR website if you are interested in playing ToR.
• The STC Chapter will be on the Sith side.
• Already about 18 existing Saints are expected to join STC ToR at game launch. Likely more to join before launch.
• Lord Jakoi is looking for someone to serve as Trader of the Galaxies (Master Craftsman)
• Raiding Plans are underway (even if it is early) with the rules being posted, discussion of flashpoints...

Address by GP: (presented by Lord Sabreth)

• Welcomed and thanked members for attending the meeting.
• The purpose of the combined chapter meeting is to bring the various chapters together to see what’s going on in other chapters and promote cross-chapter friendships.
• Will only have one annual combined Guild Meeting in October.
• There are costs associated with running STC’s vent server and website. If you wish to contribute to the payment of these expenses, there is a paypal button on the guild website which allows you to do so.
• The newsletter which was previously planned has been suspended for the time being. If you have interest in working on the newsletter, speak to Lord Sabreth
• Lord Sabreth had previously planned to update the awards system to make it guild-wide, but decided not to move forward with these changes because he wants to allow chapters more freedom in their awards systems. This may be revisited in the future, though.
• Lord Hybus and Lord Draktavius have been made High Council members.
• The Alehouse vent channel will be unlocked. Please be familiar with the rules of the Alehouse before entering the channel. Although the Alehouse is a little less stringent than other vent channels, there are still rules that apply to conduct /content in the Alehouse channel.
• Other possibilities for upcoming chapters include Diablo III and Guild Wars II.
• The last year and a half have seen a lot of excitement and building of the guild old and new faces and congrats to everyone for making the guild what it is (it is its people) and that is why it is so awesome!!! Woot STC!

Q&A:

Naton (WOW) - Is it possible to start up a WoW chapter on another server such as a PvP or horde server? What is the first step to doing this?
o There is an existing minor WoW chapter on a horde server but it is not very active
o In order to have a full chapter it would require its own officer team to organize and run the chapter. The Chapter Sanctioning Requirements would need to be met for it to be a full chapter.
o Lord Sabreth would be very happy to talk to anyone who is interested in initiating such a chapter.

Jethaya (WOW) - What about a chapter on a game on another platform?
o A different genre such as a first person shooter game would have to be discussed by the HC.
o Other games with a guild structure would likely be a better fit and if you have such a game in mind, please speak to Lord Sabreth.
o If you are playing under the STC tag, you are expected to act under the codes and laws of STC now matter what game you are playing.
